3. Booking & Appointment Policies

  • All appointments must be booked through our website, phone number, or authorized platforms.

  • You agree to provide accurate information such as your name, contact details, and address.

  • A confirmed booking is subject to stylist availability and location coverage.

  • We may request verification details before confirming your booking.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on our website or shared during booking are inclusive of service charges but may exclude additional travel or material costs.

  • Prices may vary depending on service type, distance, and requested customizations.

  • Payments can be made via:

    • UPI

    • Credit/debit card

    • Cash

    • Any other method available on our platform

  • Full payment must be made upon service completion unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours) may result in a cancellation fee.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

    • Stylist unavailability

    • Unsafe environment

    • Incomplete address details

    • Natural or technical disruptions

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the stylist has safe and appropriate access to the workspace inside your home.

  • Maintain hygiene and safety in the service area.

  • Treat stylists with respect and courtesy.

  • Inform us in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions related to the service.

Failure to comply may lead to service refusal.

7. Code of Conduct

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Misbehavior with our stylists

  • Harassment or intimidation

  • Unsafe or hostile environments

If such incidents occur, we may immediately terminate the service and take legal action if necessary.

8. Use of Products

  • Our professionals use industry-standard tools and salon-grade products.

  • If you wish to use your own personal products, you must notify the stylist in advance.

  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or personal products provided by the customer.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Services are provided on a best-effort basis by trained professionals.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Natural variations in service outcomes

    • Minor dissatisfaction based on personal preference

    • Damages arising from customer negligence or undisclosed health conditions

  • In no event shall KeshavSalon.in be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • All content, logos, images, and materials on KeshavSalon.in are the intellectual property of Keshav Salon.
